I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to answer any questions you may have and help you establish whether this is the right approach for you. I am also able to respond to email enquiries.

Prices

Individually tailored psychological therapy (online/video) is £105 per 50 minute session. The session will usually last 60 minutes in total including time for admin such as arranging appointment times.

Payment

Payment will be required by the day of the therapy session and can be made by bank transfer (BACS).

Cancelling your session

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Sessions with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% the session rate and this will need to be self-funded and paid by BACs (as most insurers do not cover the cost of missed sessions). If sessions are missed, insufficient notice is given and the cost as above is not covered, it will not be possible to book further sessions.
